Fight Parkinson's, Body Mind and Soul

Smudge

June 16, 2016

Last night I spent the night closer to the airport at a high school

Jeff & Staci

friends home near Denver. A country ranch with horses. I spent this morning starring into a horse called Smudge eyes. Oh the beauty, such a magnificent creature. So powerful and gentle. I told Smudge those things and wept tears streamed down my cheeks, not because I was sad but for
the pure soul and beauty of that very moment. Smudge locked on my tears and began to nestle me moving his nose gradually down toward my hand that shakes. He began to sniff my hand and what I can only describe as a kiss he started to kiss it. Normally I would be afraid of a horse bite and pull my hand away or shake because of uncertainty and fear, my hand was as calm as glass.

Thank you,

Staci and Jeff
